Bill Starkov

Bill Starkov was born in Odessa, Russia.  Thereafter, he lived with his family in Italy and later moved to Los Angeles at the age of seven.  At a very young age, Bill was fascinated with real estate development and over the years has grown to become intimately familiar with both the Westside and San Fernando Valley neighborhoods.  Observing and learning from his father, who was a developer, builder and a general contractor for a prominent hotel chain, Bill gained considerable and invaluable experience and knowledge of real estate development from both a commercial and residential standpoint.  As young and impressionable apprentice, he attained first hand exposure to a field he is really passionate about in a city he sincerely loves and calls home.

Over time, Bill began to invest, develop and personally acquire properties in the Los Angeles area while at the same time working in the entertainment industry.  Bill Starkov is a true expert in the art of motivating people and closing deals.  Booking A-list talent for television, music and film productions, Bill establishes himself as both a master negotiator and someone who can bring people and opportunities together.  Over the last two decades, Bill has strategically aligned his sales experience with his cultivated knowledge of finance and real estate investments.

Fluent in both English and Russian, Bill has a unique niche in that he has both domestic and international relationships, contacts and business partners who have collaborated resource and knowledge vastly into real estate development and investments.  Bill Starkov has recently joined the Sotheby's International Realty office in Beverly Hills, California for their International presence and impeccable reputation.  His decision to fully commit his time and energy to real estate sales and development arises from his desire to follow his passion and continue to do what he does best; to merge his distinguished talent in sales and resources with his tenacious ability to connect people with possibility.

Bill currently resides in Sherman Oaks with his wife and children.  His familiarity with real estate, development, finance and sales paired with his ambitious drive and sophisticated & cultured nature is a distinct asset for buyers, developers and sellers.
